We officially launched in January of 2025, but our Broker and agents have decades of combined experience with other firms. We provide representation for both buyers and sellers of all areas and budgets. We are passionate about using creative solutions to solve problems and get deals done for our clients!

We call Cartersville, GA home, but our agents serve most of Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. We believe in going the distance (literally!) to meet our clients’ needs. A Message From Our Broker
Hello! Thank you so much for considering Relate Realty for your real estate needs. I am Tanner Davis, Broker and Founder of Relate Realty. Years ago I knew I had a passion for this industry. I loved everything about land, houses, contracts, you name it! But I was mostly driven by helping people through quality relationships. In 2018 I finally decided to take that step to become an agent and was blessed from day one to be surrounded by many different people supporting me. As time passed, I continued to meet so many amazing clients and agents, many of which are now friends. Unfortunately I have also seen some of the carelessness and apathy that plagues our industry, and that is how Relate Realty was born. In a world of big tech and poor service, we have decided to make it our mission to change the standards one relationship at a time.
